After beating Tottenham yesterday, a
Barcelona player takes a shot at them.
After Tottenham Hotspur’s 4-2 win over
Barcelona last night, Barcelona player
Marcos Alonso has made an impression.
After the game, Alonso, who spent six
seasons at rival Chelsea, posted on
Instagram.
What the Hell Is Going On At Wolves?
Tottenham’s pre-season schedule is
concluded, with their first competitive
encounter only a few days away.
Ange Postecoglou has had a busy summer
reorganizing a bloated squad and dealing
with concerns that arose last season.
Spurs still need to sell a number of players,
but their starting lineup should be stronger
against Brentford.
However, Marcos Alonso was unable to
assist but poke fun at Tottenham’s defeat to
Barcelona the day before.
His affection for Chelsea has definitely not
waned since leaving Stamford Bridge last
summer.
Alonso only appeared for the final thirty
minutes of the game, but he was present for
Barcelona’s comeback.
After Barcelona’s victory, Alonso takes a shot
at Tottenham.
Last night, the Spanish international shared
a photo of himself in action on Instagram.
He wrote beside a shot of himself dribbling
with the ball, “Some things never change.”
Tottenham 4-2 Barcelona.”
Of course, Alonso is referring to Tottenham’s
recent inability to win a trophy.
However, he was clearly not seeing
Richarlison gleefully rejoice with the Tiger
Cup trophy after the game, they defeated
Lion City Sailors 5-1.
If Tottenham had won yesterday, the Joan
Gamper Trophy would have taken equal
position in their trophy cabinet.
Tottenham would be pleased with their
performance against Barcelona,
notwithstanding Alonso’s dig.
They led for much of the game, with Oliver
Skipp’s brace being the highlight for Ange
Postecoglou’s side.
The youthful midfielder may have made
Postecoglou’s weekend decision difficult.

in the heart of the pitch.
He must also select who will start at fullback

Postecoglou will have to make a lot of tough
decisions in the coming days.
