🚨🚨Done Deal: Seahawks Snag $20 Million, 5-Time Pro Bowler…

Yikes! Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs fined for unsportsmanlike conduct

Jamal Adams received plenty of attention for his spat with an NFL reporter from New York, and now the league has fined both Adams and Quandre Diggs.

Seattle Seahawks v Dallas Cowboys

Yikes! So close!

In their Week 13 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, the Seattle Seahawks had a chance to show on the national stage that they could compete with the top teams in the NFC. Unfortunately, the Hawks came up just short, with the rest of the results around the NFC leaving the playoff chances for Seattle hurting heading into Week 14.

Now, on the eve of Seattle taking on the San Francisco 49ers in what can only be described as a must-win game, the NFL has left the pocketbooks of a pair of Seahawks hurting as a result of their actions against the Cowboys.

Both Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs were fined $10,927 following what the league deemed unsportsmanlike conduct against the Cowboys. Dallas tight end Jake Ferguson, who hauled in the touchdown pass that led to the tiff between Adams and SNY NFL reporter Connor Hughes, was also fined by the league for his actions.

For those wondering why Ferguson was fined less than Adams and Diggs, the simple answer is that fine amounts are formulaic and determined by the number of previous times the player has been fined for the same thing.
