Romeo Lavia turned down Liverpool on Monday, so Chelsea and Southampton have agreed to a deal worth £58 million, and his medical will take place this week.

clause, Sporting will be able to do nothing to
prevent the transfer and everything will
depend on the player’s willingness to move
to England.
