Tottenham are in talks with director of football Johan Lange

Tottenham Hotspur are actively exploring the possibility of appointing Aston Villa’s Johan Lange as director of football, according to recent developments. The club were looking for a successor to Fabio Paratici, who was sacked in April after a football ban.

Paratic’s dismissal stemmed from his involvement in the inflation of capital gains from trading players, which resulted in a 30-month ban from FIFA. Although this ban was partially reduced on appeal, Paratici decided to resign.

is important to note that Tottenham’s

director of football reports to director of

football Scott Munn, who recently took over

as CEO of the China City Football Group

(CFG) following his departure.

Munni’s responsibility includes overseeing

all the football departments of the club,

including the academy and the women’s

team. Lange would be in a different role and

that shouldn’t be a problem.
