Tottenham Hotspur is prepared to make a fresh offer for a ‘Ruthless’ striker.

Written Offer: In the wake of Harry Kane’s departure, Tottenham Hotspur is prepared to make a fresh offer for a ‘Ruthless’ striker.

Tottenham Hotspur is continuing to pursue

the “ruthless” Gift Orban, according to Sacha

Tavolieri.

Tottenham appears prepared to present a

written offer to Gift Orban.

Spurs Continue Talks for Gift Orban Following Kane Exit

The departure of Harry Kane to Bayern

Munich leaves Spurs with a gaping hole in

their forward line. The update from

Tavolieri states that talks between

Tottenham and Gent are still ongoing, with

the North London club having already

verbally offered £23.3 million for the

Nigerian striker. The update also mentions

that the Belgian club want £25.8 million +

add-ons for their striker. Tavolieri also

teases that a written offer should come next

week, which should help move the deal

towards an agreement.

Looking for a replacement for Kane will not

be easy for Daniel Levy, as they have lost a

leader on and off the pitch and the club’s

record goalscorer. Son Heung-min has been

named as Tottenham’s new captain, as the

club now looks to sign a figurehead in attack

to replace Kane.

Life After Harry Kane

Tottenham have seemingly been planning

for the departure of Kane, according to

manager Ange Postecoglu. “But in terms of a

striker, again we’ve been planning for this,

it’s fair to say, for a while. It doesn’t take too

much investigative work to realise that this

was going to happen, so we’ve been

planning for it to happen anyway. A lot of

our business up to now is with that in

mind.”

The signings of James Maddison and Manor

Soloman will need to help any potential new

striker settle by supplying them with

goalscoring opportunities. 19-year-old

striker Alejo Veliz was signed from Rosario

Central for £ 13 million, but it is unclear

how quickly he will be integrated into the

first team.

What Qualities Orban Would Bring to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Orban would be a welcome addition for the

Tottenham faithful, who will be hoping the

club bring in a new striker. The Nigerian

striker has a quality all attackers crave –

being in the right place at the right time. His

awareness of what’s around him is

exceptional, and this often sees him attack

crosses and get on the end of through balls.
