“Unleashed: Bryan Gil’s Spectacular Debut for Tottenham Against Wolves!”

The ‘superstar’ Tottenham player could start against Wolves for the first time this season today

Injured Tottenham Hotspur face Wolves in the Premier League today and Bryan Gil could make his first start of the season under Ange Postecoglou.

Spurs go into the game today without James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero, meaning Postecoglou will have to make a lot of changes. We think he can relieve Gil on the right side.

Bryan Gil could start Tottenham against Wolves today

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has a lot to think about when picking his team today.

The absence of James Maddison is a huge blow for Spurs. The Englishman has been one of their best players this season and his unavailability leaves a huge void in the number 10 role.

Postecoglou has a few options in that position, but we think Dejan Kulusevski is the number 10 today, meaning there is a vacancy on the right wing.

Brennan Johnson might get the nod there, but there’s also a chance to see Bryan Gil start for the first time this season.

Dubbed a “superstar” by Graham Roberts, the 22-year-old has only played football during the campaign due to injury, but is now fit and ready to step up when called upon.

Gil was able to thrive under Postecoglou

Tottenham signed Bryan Gil more than two years ago, but he still hasn’t been able to show his quality.

That’s because neither Nuno Espirito Santo nor Antonio Conte have been much liked in the last two seasons, but things could be very different under Postecoglou.

The Spurs boss’ attacking system suits Gili much better than what he had to go through under Santo and Conte. This could really help him succeed in this Tottenham team.

It will be interesting to see what happens today, but we think Gil deserves to go to the right side.
