DEAL ACCEPTED: Pop-punk icon Avril Lavigne signs a 4-year contract with House of Versace, worth \$198 Million as their new global face and ambassador of rebellious glamour.
In a stunning alliance that blends rock attitude with high fashion, Avril Lavigne has signed a 4-year, \$198 million deal with the House of Versace. The pop-punk legend will serve as the brand’s new global face and ambassador of rebellious glamour, signaling a bold new direction for the luxury fashion house.
The campaign, titled “Punk & Prestige,” will debut in Winter 2025 and feature Lavigne in edgy, custom-designed Versace pieces that fuse her signature aesthetic with the brand’s iconic boldness. The partnership will include capsule collections, music-video-inspired runway shows, and a behind-the-scenes docuseries.
“Fashion has always been part of how I express myself — it’s about being real, being loud, and owning your edge,” said Lavigne. “Versace gets that. This collab is about showing the world that rebellion can be couture.”
Donatella Versace expressed her excitement, stating, “Avril redefined a generation with her music and style. She’s fierce, original, and unapologetically herself — a perfect embodiment of the Versace spirit.”
As part of the deal, Avril will also co-host a global fashion and music festival presented by Versace, combining live performances with runway presentations across major cities.
Industry experts are calling the move a game-changer, merging nostalgia with next-gen edge to appeal to both longtime fans and trend-conscious consumers.
The first looks from the “Punk & Prestige” campaign are set to be revealed in early 2026.
